Probably not: However white "patch" should be investigated. Please call your Dentist for a reevaluation.

Influenza: The common symptoms include fatigue, nausea, chills and a runny or stuffy nose. Get good rest and plenty of fluids to treat the flu. Influenza is viral infection and resolves on its own in 10-14 days.

Not likely related: Most white patch lesions are localized. It is rare for the symptoms described to be caused by localized white patch. It is best the have your family doctor to check you if the symptoms persist. The white patch should be followed by your dentist or a referral to an oral surgeon for evaluation .
