Chills? Yes: The fatigue and nausea could be many things, but the chills alone should get you to your dentist.

Very possible: An infection in a tooth can spread through your body if not treated. It puts a strain on your immune system that may allow normal bacteria to become bad bacteria. These bacteria are spread via the blood to affect multiple ares of the body such as your heart, lungs, sinuses and even your kidneys and liver. You must see a dentist to eliminate any and all infections in your mouth.
