I can't diagnose : Your symptoms. But they may represent a viral infection. You can take ginger for the nausea (ginger ale, ginger tea or crystallized ginger). Rest. Hydrate well. Tylenol (acetaminophen) may help with discomfort. Please see physician for temp of 104 or greater or severe abdominal pain.

Multiple symptoms: With all of these different symptoms, i suggest that if not better very quickly, you should see a primary care doctor. In the mean time, drink lots of fluids and get plenty of rest.
