Bad stomach pain: Can't see GI Dr. till Jan. You need to see an Internist first to get a good idea of what is going on. Then the two of you can decide on the next best step. Terrible means different things to different folks. If it was me and I thought it was terrible I would go to an ER. Others who are more pain tolerant could wait till am and go to walk in clinic.
