Sneezing : As you know, it is not good to hold back on a sneeze. It causes pressure to build up in your nose and throat. This could cause sudden stretching of throat tissue, not to mention some tension on neck muscles. This can strain the muscles and cause pain. Consider taking analgesics like actetaminophen or ibuprofen (probably better). If not better in 5-7 days, see MD.
