Papular Urticaria : is a hypersensitivity reaction to bites, feces or eggs of fleas, ticks & mites on cats & dogs or mosquitoes, bedbugs, gnats, caterpillars & moths. Use safe insecticide sprays while he is out of the house & treat all pets. Trim his nails; scratching can lead to skin infection. His doctor can prescribe oral antihistamines based on his wt. & mild topical steroids & insecticides based on his age.
