Nose pain: Pain is s a sign of tissue injury whether from trauma, infection or inflammation. See a health care worker if symptoms persist.

Pimple or other: Still could be a pimple evolving or another skin infection. Depending where the sensation is (would need to see) it could be another issue. Like a pimple inside the nose or a small developing cellulitis. Usually it is a pimple and comes out over a few days. Using topical retinoids can help improve healing rates.
