See doctor: It is not feasible to be sure, but what you described suggests a keratoacanthoma, a benign tumor. It would be prudent to see your doctor, (you should have one under the Canadian healthcare). Request referral to a plastic surgeon for removal and examination of the tissue by a pathologist.
