Pimple on nose: Ideally if an inflamed acne lesion can be injected with kenalog, (triamcinolone) a form of cortisone by a dermatologist, it should subside significantly by the next day or two. If that is not a possibility, putting a small amount of Benzoyl Peroxide Gel on it should help dry it a little.
