I have tiny bumps on my nose and they have been there for a couple weeks. they feel like pimples but they aren't red and don't hurt. idk what it is?

Nose bumps: These tiny bumps may be tiny inclusion cysts or plugged skin pores. Lack of redness or tenderness means there is no infection. A physician or dermatologist would have to examine you for diagnosis and advice.
