Itching no rash: Generalized body itching with no rash is not necessarily an allergy, it could be associated with a systemic disease. If all lab work has been normal with your primary care physician, an allergist would be an appropriate referral. Try using only gentle mild products on skin and an oral antihistamine to help with itch.
