This can be: challenging. The fact that you notice this most often after urination means that you must be most suspicious that there is some type of bloody discharge coming from the urethra/urinary tract. This could be simple inflammation of the urethra--urethritis--or an indicator of infection or other problem in the bladder or kidneys. It needs evaluation and testing. See your Doctor soon/now:)
