I have a group b strep uti. im 5 days into amoxicillin treatment and am still having symptoms, especially at night. does this mean the meds likely arent working, or should i finish the course? (its not my first uti, so i worry about resistance.?

UTI treatment: UTI symptoms can take several days to clear up. If your symptoms are improving, it's probably working. If no better than when you started treatment -- or if symptoms continue after treatment is entirely completed -- contact the doctor or clinic treating you.
