Ans: Sounds like you might have a lower back problem. Most likely the sciatic nerve. Try changing positions. Do stretching exercises. If you must get a new mattress. If all fails time to see your doctor

Hip /thigh numbness: May be related to sciatica, rarely retroperitoneal mass or lesions. F/U with doc consider MRI of LS spine and abdominal CT.
