Why does my right leg up numb when i lay down? it starts from hip area. physio said no mechanical problems. no positions seem to help

Get another opinion: This most often happens in a person your age when there is a pinched nerve in your spine or a nerve that is having pressure on it in some way. Far less likely is that there is a problem in the circulation. Physio may just be checking for one type of mechanical problem.
