A member asked:

Does testosterone deficiency cause anemia and reduced responsiveness to erythropoiesis-stimulating agents?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Anemia: Are you sure you have testosterone deficiency? If so is there a reason why your doctor is not checking this for you and prescribing? Anemia is a separate problem that needs attention but testosterone replacement is very likely to increase your blood count over time.
