Was prescribed flagyl. bad side effects. diarrhea, nausea, no appetite, weird taste, change in urine and fecal color (slightly orange). feeling better though. was prescribed the medicine to treat giardia or bacteria. should i contiune? 2 days left.

Ask your doc: Seriously, ask your prescribing doc whether you should stop or not, if you consider side effects that bad. Ironically, you report diarrhea as a side effect but presumably, you also state that you were prescribed medication to treat Giardia which is known cause of diarrhea. Regardless, it's always best to report side effects to prescribing doc so that s/he can help you decide whether to stop/change
