After taking clindamycin(2weeks) and metronidazole(3day) for tooth infection they ruined my stomach( feel empty and sore but no cramp) and had diarrhea for 3days. after pepto, the stool is still soft side but i feel better. can this be c.diff?

We rarely use metronidazole for tooth infection and it is probably used for c. diff colitis in your case. Yes, c. diff colitis can not be ruled out by your symptoms after 2 weeks of clindamycin. Take care.
