Could be: When was your ankle fixed? Is it healed? Could be hardware irritation, infection, nonunion or malunion. Hard to know without seeing x-rays.

Very common: Temperature changes can make an area where you have hardware more sensitive. If the fracture has healed see your surgeon and have the hardware removed. Numbness along the incision can last up to one year in some cases.
