Mixed evidence: Retin A (tretinoin) is an effective medication but doesn't work on everyone's skin. Acne treatment is frustrating and long term once you find the right combination of gels, face wash etc that is suited for your skin. Pl get a referral to dermatology from your primary doctor. Feel better
