Mucosal Cyst: You may be describing a mucosal cyst of the oropharynx. I would refer you to an ENT specialist ASAP this week for definitive examination and diagnosis. Do not manipulate this cyst or decide to lance the "lump" yourself, as you could induce a nidus for infection in doing so.
