Yesterday, i was nauseous & had severe vertigo. today, some dull ear pain, pressure, headache, pain behind eyes, and jaw pain. still a little bit dizzy. eyes a little sensitive to the light. i am 22 y/o & healthy. not on any meds. what could this be?

Sensitive eyes: Any prior history of this? Can be migraine or ear infection. Have your PCP check it out.

Sinusitis? : Your many symptoms fairly common in Sinusitis and Otitis Media (ear infections)Some classical symptoms of Sinusitis is head and ear pressure; vertigo; jaw pain;(Many pts. first see a Dentist thinking it's an abscess).Can have nausea from post nasal drainageRecommend nasal saline spray, moist heat to face, increase humidification. If no better need to see Doc for antibiotics +possible steroids.
