Yes: Headache and nausea can be the "preludes" to a viral gastroenteritis ("Stomach Flu") however DIARRHEA SHOULD follow.. If your symptoms persist and no diarrhea occurs check it out with your PCP (Family Physician, GP etc) Hope this helps! DR Z
