Stomach pain: Yes you can take Tums with Nexium (esomeprazole). Make sure you are taking your Nexium (esomeprazole) as prescribed which would be daily not just as needed. If you have persistent pain despite Nexium (esomeprazole) you should follow up with whoever prescribed it. If this is just occasional discomfort then it is fine to take tums.
