Zika & microcephaly: There has been updated since the other doctors answered your question. (Sep 27, 2018). "There is now scientific consensus that Zika virus infection during pregnancy is a cause of microcephaly." REF: https://www.cdc.gov/pregnancy/zika/testing-follow-up/zika-syndrome-birth-defects.html. As of yet, there is no vaccine.
