Numb hands need: to be evaluated by your doctor. You MAY have carpal tunnel syndrome or another condition. Multivitamins are good things but are not a treatment for this. Get to the root of the issue and please don't treat the symptoms only. Peace and good health.

Evaluate the cause: There are many possible causes of hand numbness and it is impossible to tell you how to treat it without knowing the cause. This might be carpal tunnel syndrome (which has many causes), neuropathy due to heavy metal toxicity or diabetes, caused by pinched nerves in your neck, a deficiency of B vitamins (esp. B12 or B6) etc. Please see a doctor to evaluate the cause to determine best treatments.
