Low voltage: Low voltage on an electrocardiogram (ECG) can be a sign of cardiomyopathy (weak heart muscle), pericardial effusion (fluid around the heart), obesity, lung disease. thyroid disease, and others. In most cases you would already know that you have these conditions. It is possible that technical issues with the ECG recording created an error. I would repeat the tracing. Glad to look at it for you.
