My ekg records show a left anterior fascicular block, atrial tachycardia, nonspecific t abnormality, marked right axis, ectopic ventricular beat, low voltage in limb leads, rsr(v1) and left axis deviation. none of this was ever mentioned to me, why?

Some guesses: Wrong person's EKG? Dr did not look at the report. Leads were not put on properly? Discuss with your Dr. Consider getting another one. Why was an EKG done at your age. Must have been some reason. You did not share that information. You are keeping us in the dark or at least the shadows.

Cannot tell you why these results were not reported to you. Your ECG is abnormal. However, I am confused by "marked right axis.... and left axis deviation". These are contradictory and may be a problem with interpretation. However, atrial tachycardia is clearly abnormal. You should have the ECG reevaluated by a cardiologist, I would also suggest that you see a cardiologist for further guidance.
