Probably not: Probiotics are not harmful but will probably not eradicate an established yeast infection. Once the infection is treated, probiotics ingested orally may help prevent yeast. Anything to help maintain healthy vaginal pH balance between 4-4.5 can help prevent yeast and bacterial vaginal infection.
