Will florastor exacerbate a vaginal yeast infection as it's a yeast-based probiotic?

No: Just as there are many types of bacteria there are many types of yeast. Vaginal yeast infections are caused by candida (usually albicans but there are other varieties). Florastor is a "friendly" yeast that is similar to baker's yeast. It does not cause infections, in fact taking it with antibiotics reduces liklihood of vaginal yeast ; diarrhea. It's safe though some are allergic to it.
