Prob conclusive, but: This test probably will detect all HIV infections 4-6 weeks after completing PEP. However, it isn't certain. There has been no research on whether and how long a positive test may be delayed if PEP doesn't work. Therefore, most experts recommend a final test at 3 or even 6 months. This is one reason PEP should be done only after a high risk expsoure, because it prolongs uncertainty and anxiety.

HIV nucleic acid: The antigen antibody combo tests are quite good. But you should repeat the test at three months. At three months, if you get a HIV nucleic acid test and that is negative, you will more sure of the result.
