I just got my cycle back after use o depo. i'm possitive i ovulated cd 14 but now have heavy, red spotting cd 16 needing a pad. is it my period?

2 wk after ovulation: There are usually 2 weeks between ovulation and the first day of one's menstrual period. That should be when the period will arrive. So, if one is positive she ovulated on day 14, her period will come around day 28, 2 weeks later.
