Side effect of depo: is abnormal or heavy bleeding, with or without cramping. Some cramping and bleeding can be controlled with the use of either ibuprofen or Aleve (naproxen) ( naproxyn sodium) if not allergic to these medicines. Please consult your GYN fur further evaluation and treatment.
