Once regular periods and ovulation resume, if conception is attempted with a normal sperm count done by a urologist, and does not occur in one year with intercourse timed to occur with onset of ovulation, a hystersalpingogram (HSG) can be done to insure open fallopian tubes are not a barrier to conception.

Return to fertility after use of Depo Provera can take up to 9 months. Since you periods are regular, it is very likely that you are ovulating.
