Back pain, UTI: Probably not related to UTI. Could be as simple as back strain or muscle spasms or if pain more localized, severe and radiating in the groin consider the possibility of a stone. Especially in the absence of a fever. If you have not been seen and evaluated, I would recommend you see your PCP to determine the cause
