Had walking pneumonia almost 3 months ago. still coughing but less. using albuterol one puff at bedtime still & cough up lots of mucous. normal?

Any follow-up?: If you're still feeling residual symptoms three months after being sick, you should have had some follow-up with the treating doctor. Did you have an X-Ray repeated since you were diagnosed? Chest X-Ray should be clear by now, but if you're still symptomatic you should be sure it's clear. Have a follow-up visit with your doctor.

Pneumonia: should clear in a couple of weeks. Perhaps you developed reactive airway disease from the infection. A repeat chest xray, chest CT Scans , Pulmonary tests and a thorough exam is warranted before further treatment.
