I believe levaquin can clear up your infection. At age 40 I assume you've successfully battled off other infections through the years. Absence ofsevere neutropenia, high fever, shaking chills, rapidly worsening symptoms,copious discolored sputum,low oxygen saturation & major breathing difficulties are all favorable signs.

Have a chronic urge to cough 2 years. Lung ct normal except for subsegmental atelectasis in right middle lobe and lingula. PFT normal except for isolated reduced FEF75 which was (70% predicted value). Albuterol not helpful. What next steps, ideas?
