Asthma therapy: Asthma patient recounts using multifaceted orthodox treatments, yet has continued to have symptoms. Many patients recount benefits from edible cannabis. The benefit does not seem to be gained from acute attacks, but rather from prevention of acute attacks.

See your doctor: Sounds like your asthma is may need a tune up. Go see your doctor, you likely need a steroid inhaler or possibly a combination inhaler with albuterol and a steroid to help calm things down. Moist air may help a bit (like the nebulizer) but sounds like you need more than that. Positioning your body, certain foods likely won't make a difference either.
