See your doctor: Sounds like your asthma is may need a tune up. Go see your doctor, you likely need a steroid inhaler or possibly a combination inhaler with albuterol and a steroid to help calm things down. Moist air may help a bit (like the nebulizer) but sounds like you need more than that. Positioning your body, certain foods likely won't make a difference either.
