Can you mix sodium chloride bullet with 2.5 mg/3ml 0.083% albuterol solution to help moisten lungs & thin out sticky mucous in lungs & cough it out?

Possibly: If your doctor has prescribed albuterol via inhaler, you can put saline (sodium chloride in water) into the nebulizer. It may be better to use the albuterol undiluted first, then continue the nebulizer treatment with just the saline.
