Anorexia is a: very complex disorder. Seeing a clinical psychologist who specializes in eating disorders is a positive thing to do. If he/she deems it necessary, you may find in patient treatment such as at the Renfrew Center helpful. Psychiatrist for medication if needed. Peace and good health.

Depends: It is likely that your psychologist believes that medication may be indicated for you based upon what you have disclosed. A psychiatrist can treat any other symptoms that may be perpetuation got interfering with your work with your psychologist.
