Recommend evaluation: Symptoms may suggest lumbar spine or neuromuscular pathology caused by vitamin deficiencies or hormone and electrolyte imbalances. Questions regarding other sxs should be addressed. You could schedule a consult or see your PCP. I recommend further evaluation with lab tests including B12, CK, TSH and a basic metabolic panel as well as an MRI of lumbar spine and if negative an electromyelogram.
