Is it possible to have pcos while still getting period monthly- normal period-even though it's timing has changed for when in the month it comes?

Possible: It is possible to have regular predictable cyclic periods with PCOS. Many PCOS patients do not have regular periods. Most women have periods every 21-35 days which is not the same as having it once per month. If you are not satisfied with your level of menstrual cycle control then consider birth control
