Aldactone (spironolactone) unrelated: Aldactone (spironolactone) is a mild diuretic that interferes with the action of a hormone called aldosterone. Aldosterone is unrelated to your menstruation. Something else may be happening with your other hormones, estrogen, progesterone, etc.
