Neglect: If you've not seen a doctor - you should. If this needs a Rx, take it as directed and ask for other suggestions too. Follow these carefully. Failure to do so is what would make it worse. Avoid irritation - smoking, yelling, spicy stuff. Drink lots of water, Gargle w/ saline. Honey-lemon tea is nice. Mostly follow Dr's Tx plan! Best!
