Ans: Your environment plays a Hugh role. You need to eat healthy and to be on a regular exercise program. You should start by talking to a dietician to understands what healthy eating is. Remember this is all a choice. So you can change the eating habits you will just need guidance at first

Multiple factors: Diet, exercise, positive self image. Cross train 3-4 times a week for 40 minutes-1hour. Eat 6-8 small fist sized portions of high protein , low carb, low salt food and drink 8-10 glasses of water daily, Have a photo of yourself or someone you would like to look like on your dressing room mirror and look at it daily. This will take 2-3 months before results are noted.

Possibly: Many factors contribute to developing obesity including genetic predisposition, sedentary lifestyle, dietary (increased caloric intake) among others. It is also important to rule out other medical problems that may contribute including hypothyroidism and Cushings syndrome.
