Lifestyle changes...: Even if you are more inclined to gain weight, it does not have to be your fate.You have the power to create a life you want. Make your food choices healthy ones-whole fresh foods, lots of veggies, lean proteins and healthy fats. Avoid high calorie drinks & processed foods. Exercise (walking/running/lifting) regularly - you can find the time if it is important to you (get up 20 minutes earlier?)

Exercise: Remember, while your genetics may predispose you towards being overweight/obese, your weight control is still in your control. I'm not trying to be harsh but don't let being a student become an excuse. It all comes down to priorities. If controlling your weight is of great importance then you need to prioritize some form of regular physical activity and combine this with mindful eating!
