Could be.: Genetics can sometimes hard-wire an individual to be prone towards obesity, or at least overweight. These people will have a harder time losing weight and staying trim. Outside of genetics, we contribute to obesity in ourselves by limiting exercise and eating foods with high caloric densities and high fat contents.
