Mg or K Rx HTN: There is clear evidence that adding K to your diet may lower your BP. The best way to do this is thru the DASH eating plan as it also is a lower Na diet. Get this book and do Chap 9 exactly for 2 weeks and expect a 11/7 fall in BP in the first 2 weeks. The diet is also a high mag diet. Let us know how you do.
