I often suffer with hypertension 130-140/90-100today i have bradicardia and head my bp was 130/100 and 1/2 hour later it was 110/70 should i take any?

Prehypertension.: While your numbers are a bit high at times, especially for your age, I would not advise treating these numbers with medications. Do you exercise? Are you overweight? Do you eat healthy or more junk? Have you had any blood testing by a doctor recently? I'm more curious about why such a young person has these high readings.
