Yes: Tylenol (acetaminophen) has no effect on hypertension unlike nsaids, like ibuprofen/motrin, advil or aleve.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): Acetaminophen(tylenol)is generally safe in appropriate doses for use in hypertensive patients. As with any medicine it needs to be taken in the appropriate dose and frequency. Overdosing on Acetaminophen can cause severe toxicity.
